1993 Milwaukee Irish Fest
Reunions at the 1993 Milwaukee Irish Fest included the McCormicks and McCormacks in the channel 12 area and a Town of Erin Reunion on the south end of the grounds.
Cultural exhibits included Donegal’s Tory Island Painters, View the Beauty of Ireland’s Waterways, St. Brendan and Grace O’Malley to the Titanic, Irish Ties to Beaver Island, quilt expert Mary Butler Shannon, and Antique Irish Pine Furniture.
Entertainers included Paddy Reilly, The Black Brothers, Arcady, Tommy Makem, Schooner Fare, Craobh Rua, John Gary, Four Men and a Dog, Mary McGonigle, Tannahill Weavers, Cherish the Ladies, Barley Bree, and Rawlins Cross. Dancers included the Caledonian Scottish Dancers, Trinity Irish Dancers, Cashel Dennehy Irish Dancers, Tully Irish Dancers, and the Milwaukee School of Highland Dance.
The U.S. Steel Great American Hootenanny had the Kingston Trio, PhilaPride “The Clean Get-Away” and Schooner Fare.
